extrair.pt is a set of tools for pulling text, tables, images and data out of PDFs and photos, built for people who deal with Portuguese paperwork: invoices, statements, contracts, forms.

Everything runs in your browser. That means no size limits set by us, no account, and nobody, including us, sees your documents.

Tools

• PDF to text: Pull the text out of a PDF or a photo. Scanned PDFs are read with OCR in Portuguese and English.
• Tables to Excel: Finds the table, lets you drag the row and column lines over the page, and exports CSV or Excel.
• PDF images: Download the images embedded in a PDF, or turn each page into PNG or JPG.
• PDF pages: Merge several PDFs, split, delete, rotate and reorder pages by dragging thumbnails.
• Photo to scan: Photograph a sheet of paper and get a clean, straightened scan as PNG or PDF.
• Read invoice: Reads the QR code on Portuguese invoices and shows NIF, ATCUD, date, VAT and total, validated.
• NIF and IBAN: Finds every NIF and IBAN in a document, checks their check digits and puts them in a table.
